My love affair with cake design began in childhood, inspired by the whimsical scene in Disney’s Sleeping Beauty where the fairies attempt to bake a towering cake. Years later, when I created my daughter’s first birthday cake, that spark blossomed into a true passion.
For nearly two decades I have refined my craft, from experimenting with elaborate designs and gifting creations to loved ones, to perfecting the balance of flavour and finish. In 2018, after years of encouragement, Elif’s Patisserie was born.

A hopeless romantic at heart, nothing brings me more joy than being part of a couple’s love story. On delivery day, stepping into a beautifully styled venue and placing the wedding cake at the centre always gives me goosebumps. It’s a privilege I never take for granted.
I am dedicated to continuously developing my artistry by learning from leading international cake designers and exploring new techniques and mediums. This passion for innovation allows me to design cakes that feel fresh, contemporary, and truly personal to each couple I work with.

I cannot recommend Elif enough! She made (and delivered) the most incredible cake for our wedding day last year! The whole process was stress free with Elif making us a taster box to help pick our flavours and also helping to guide with the design of the cake (which I was lost with!). Our cake was gorgeous but also so tasty and we had so many compliments on the day. I can't wait to use her for my 30th cake and other events in the future. Every time I have been blown away by how beautifully she makes and presents everything. She is very flexible and I ordered my mum's cake quite last minute but still nothing was too much trouble.

Elif has been making cakes for me for years, and they just get better and better, her attention to detail is nothing less of amazing! She recently just made my wedding cake, and it was just stunning! She knew exactly what my vision was and she just nailed it, like she does every time! Over the years I’ve found it hard to find someone who not only makes beautiful cakes, but also a cake that tastes unbelievable, we had 3 different flavours for our wedding cake and was so hard to pick a favourite.
